Itinerary

  • Day 01: Guwahati

    Arrive Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Meet and greet upon arrival and check into hotel.

    Evening a brief description by our expert about the upcoming expedition.
    Dinner and overnight at Guwahati.

  • Day 02: Guwahati – Bomdila ( 390 km / 12 Hours)

    After breakfast transfer to Bomdila. Check into hotel. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Bomdila.

  • Day 03: 1st Day of Trek. ( Chander – Tungri 4 Hours)

    Post breakfast drive from Bomdilla to Chander via Dirang Same day trek to Tungri.. From Dirang continue to the Monpa village of Chander, From Chander a 4 Hrs Trek to our camp at Tungri. Overnight at our camp Tungri.

  • Day 04: Tungri–Changla( Gorichen Peak View) (8 – 9 Hrs Trek)

    Trek from Tungri to Changla (Gorichen Peak View) 8-9 Hrs Trek (10500 ft) A hard trek of 06 hours through coniferous forests with two steep climbs along a ridge to Camp 3 near Chang la pass , 3650 m.

    Majestic views of the Sela range, surrounding valleys and the Himalayan watershed.

  • Day 05: Changla–Nyang / Potok (10-11 Hrs)

    Trek from Changla (12300ft) to Nyang (4500m) / Potok (15000 ft) via Poshing La and Pangi La Trek time 10 – 11 Hrs Steady climb of 03 hours through scattered coniferous forests, juniper and Rhododendrons to cross over Posing la pass at 3950 meters.

  • Day 06: Potok – Lortum (8-9 Hours)

    Trek from / Potok (15000 ft) ) to Lortum (4350m) via Tse La (16000 ft) Trek time 8-9 Hrs Trek steadily uphill beyond the tree line for 03-04 hrs hrs of hard climbing to camp 5 at the Tse la, 4550 m, beside a small Alpine lake.

  • Day 07: Lortum – Mago(7 Hrs)

    Trek from Lortum (16000 ft) to Mago (11800 ft) Trek time7 Hrs

  • Day 08: Mago–Newmaling( 5 Hrs)

    Trek from Mago to Newmaling(9000 ft) Trek time 5 Hrs

  • Day 09: Last day of Trek Newqmaling–Jung( 4 Hours)

    Trek from Newmaling to Jung. This last trek of the expedition is barely 4 hrs along the ridge line descending to the Sela Pass, 4267 m crossing the Kya la pass.

    Your vehicle for Bomdila will be waiting at the end point of the trek. Reach Bomdila and check into hotel.Dinner and overnight at Bomdila.

  • Day 10: Bomdila TO Guwahati Airport / Railway Station Drop (390 km /12 Hrs)

    After breakfast to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.

Inclusions : Accommodation on twin/ triple share on Bed & Breakfast basis during hotel stays; tents, porters, cooks and all meals on trekking days; all transfers and sightseeing by Taxi; jungle activities as per itinerary; naturalists, local guides; bottled water; light snacks on days of transfer; village visits; all applicable taxes.

Booking Policy:

  • 25% of the tour expenses is to be deposited with ADVENTURA at the time of booking. This deposit along with an invoice from ADVENTURA on receipt of such an amount will be considered the confirmation of the booking.
  • The full payment for the tour needs to be paid 30 days prior to departure

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations will be subject to cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations have to be intimated to ADVENTURA in writing and by mail.
  • We will keep 15% of total amount on cancellation.
    Cancellation between 20 days prior to departure will be charged 50% of tour expenses.
  • Cancellation between 15 days prior to departure will be charged 75% of tour expenses. Cancellations made from 10 days to day of departure will be charged 100% of the tour expenses.
  • Cancellation by ADVENTURA in the unforeseen eventualities of disaster, war, riots, political or industrial unrest like Airline operators strike or any other force majeure (forces outside our control), it may be necessary to cancel the tour in the best interests of our clients. In such an eventuality our clients will be informed as soon as possible. The expenses borne by the clients will be refunded in full. We will also provide you with an alternate set of tour dates.
  • ADVENTURA does not own places of accommodation (hotels, resorts) for its clients. While we do exert influence for the service providers to adhere to the utmost quality, the ultimate responsibility for the service is with the Hotels themselves.
  • ADVENTURA will not refund the booking amount for entry refused due to VISA or health factors, such cancellations will be guided by the cancellation policy.

Note & Important

  • All hotels in Arunachal Pradesh are non-star category.
  • Guests with adventurous mind should travel Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Room heaters may not work in Arunachal Pradesh due to voltage fluctuations.
  • In this region there are no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads and congestion of traffic.
  • Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region.
  • Credit Cards / Traveller’s cheque are not freely accepted.
  • Every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes, landslide etc., which are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes and any additional cost, will be borne by the guests directly.
  • For Arunachal Pradesh tours, all Indian Tourists require ILP (Inner Line Permits). ILP are issued from Guwahati. Tourists need to send us their copy of Identity & address proof such as Driving License or Passport. Permit process are two to three working days.

Note: To Go to Arunachal Pradesh Indian National require Inner Line Permit. To issue the permit we require Adress Proof, Identity proof and 02 copies of Passport size photographs of every person. It takes 03 official days to prepare.
